South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) have confirmed the Parish Council does not require planning permission for the skate park as it is under 4 meters in height. We do however, require a Certificate of Lawful Development which has now been applied for. This does mean that it is for the Parish Council to make the decision and not SCDC.
This meeting will receive updates on the scheme, and will make the decision to go ahead or not. Members of the public are very welcome to attend.
