Sawston Parish Council are now able to decide on the proposed skate park on Lynton Way recreation ground.
South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) have confirmed the Parish Council does not require planning permission for the skate park as it is under 4 meters in height. We do however, require a Certificate of Lawful Development which has now been applied for. This does mean that it is for the Parish Council to make the decision and not SCDC.
The meeting will be on Wednesday 7th January, 7.30pm at Spicers Pavilion, Cambridge Road, CB22 3DG
